Hi, I’m Hanna (she/her)
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, with a decade of experience in the mental health field. I tend to work with people who really want to know themselves, but didn’t always have enough space.
Therapy with me is exploratory and deliberate. I’m an engaged thought partner: I share what I notice, ask questions, and offer perspectives. You can disagree, correct me, or be unsure. I want you to honor your own discernment and cultivate self-trust.
When rumination, intrusive thoughts, or chronic doubt are present, I draw on more structured approaches.

We might be a good fit if…
…you seem capable on the outside, while privately spending a lot of energy figuring out how to be.
…you have an imaginative inner world that rarely gets expressed, and you want more play in your life.
…you’re a child of immigrants, or from a family with high expectations. You might feel loved but not known. You want to honor your roots while living honestly.
…you’re wondering if you’re neurodivergent, highly sensitive, socially anxious, shaped by trauma, or some combination—and you want a therapist who gets it.
…you’re discovering parts of your identity later than you expected, and looking back at your younger self with a mix of recognition and grief.
I invite complexity: you don’t have to make your feelings palatable or polite.
Expressing yourself with more ease, honesty, and playfulness
Trusting your feelings and decisions, and setting boundaries
Finding a pace of life that fits your energy and needs
Exploring your identity with nuance without needing a label
Grieving what you missed and going toward the life you want now
